The North Side Energy Center Project will have a generating capacity of 180 megawatts of power and will be located in the towns of Massena, Brasher, and Norfolk, St. Lawrence County, New York.
Project facilities will include commercial-scale solar arrays, access roads, electric collection lines, and electrical interconnection facilities.
